Guardian application

FP-Guardian application is designed for remote monitoring and managing of FidPark system - for example, opening of the barrier or unlocking the turnstile.

All system events are divided into 3 groups according to the effect on system performance - Info, Warning and Alarm.

Info category events refer to the normal operation of the system and usually do not require staff ntervention. Warning indicates potential problems that have to be prevented in time - for example, Paper Near End on entrance terminals, or Coins Near End (of some nominations) in the cash machine. In case of Alarm-category events (e.g. Paper End) the operator has to acknowledge receipt of this information. The date/time of both actual event and its acknowledgement are recorded.
